Deposit Guide

You have two wallets

Inside Tenbagger, your funds live in two distinct places:

  • Arbitrum Wallet — receives USDC from Binance (your bank deposit account)
  • Trading Account — where you actually open positions and trade (your brokerage account)

Just as you have to move money from your bank to your brokerage to buy stocks, USDC arrives in your Arbitrum Wallet first and has to be moved to the Trading Account via [Deposit] before you can trade.

STEP 1 — Copy your Arbitrum wallet address

  1. Click the [Portfolio] tab at the top
  2. Click the [Deposit] button
  3. Click [Copy] next to the 0xAB12... address

📱 Mobile note: switching to another app after copying may clear the clipboard.

STEP 2 — Withdraw USDC from Binance

  • Coin: USDC (not USDT)
  • Network: Arbitrum One
  • Recipient: the address copied in STEP 1
  • Recommended minimum: $10 or more

🚫 Sending via ERC-20, BEP-20, TRON, or Solana will not credit your account.

Why Binance? Upbit and Bithumb don't support Arbitrum One withdrawals. Binance is currently the most accessible route.

STEP 3 — Use [Deposit] to move into the Trading Account

  1. Once USDC arrives (usually 1–5 min, max 10 min), click [Deposit]
  2. USDC moves from your Arbitrum wallet to the Trading Account (no fee ✅)

If the [Deposit] button doesn't appear after 10 minutes, first verify the Binance withdrawal status shows 'Completed'.
