Deposit Guide
Before you start — understand the wallet structure
Tenbagger has two places where your funds live. Understanding this structure first makes the deposit process much easier.
- Arbitrum Wallet — where you receive USDC from outside. Like a bank account.
- Trading Account — where you actually trade. Like a brokerage account.
USDC arriving in your Arbitrum Wallet doesn't mean you can trade right away. You must click the [Deposit] button to move it into the Trading Account and start trading.
The whole flow takes 3 steps and about 5–10 minutes.
STEP 1 — Copy your deposit address
- Click the [Portfolio] tab at the top
- Click the [Deposit] button
- Address in the form
0xAB12...→ click the [Copy] button
📱 Mobile users: switching to another app after copying may clear the clipboard. After switching to Binance, copy the address again.
STEP 2 — Withdraw USDC from Binance
🔴 All 3 settings below must be exactly right. If any one is wrong, your funds may not arrive or may be permanently lost.
| Item | Correct setting |
|---|---|
| Coin | USDC (not USDT) |
| Network | Arbitrum One |
| Recipient address | the address copied in STEP 1 |
After pasting the address, always verify the first 4 and last 4 characters by eye.
- Recommended minimum: $10 or more
- Binance withdrawal fee: about $0.80
- Estimated arrival time: 1–5 minutes
🚫 Sending via ERC-20, BEP-20, TRON, or Solana will not credit your account.
Why Binance? Upbit and Bithumb don't support Arbitrum One network withdrawals. Binance is currently the easiest route for depositing into Tenbagger.
STEP 3 — Move into the Trading Account with the [Deposit] button
Once USDC arrives in your Arbitrum Wallet, the [Deposit] button becomes active on screen.
- Click the [Deposit] button
- Arbitrum Wallet → Trading Account — complete ✅
- Fee: none
- Time: instant
⚠️ If the [Deposit] button doesn't appear after 10 minutes, first check that your Binance withdrawal shows 'Completed'. If it's still not resolved, contact us by email at [email protected].
