Can I deposit directly from Upbit or Bithumb?

Upbit and Bithumb don't support Arbitrum network withdrawals. The only way to deposit to Tenbagger right now is through an overseas exchange that supports Arbitrum One withdrawals.

What happens if I pick the wrong network?

If you send via a network other than Arbitrum One (ERC-20, BEP-20, TRON, Solana, etc.), Tenbagger cannot receive it. See the recovery items below.

I sent USDT but the deposit isn't showing

Tenbagger only supports USDC. If you sent USDT or another coin, you'll need to swap to USDC.

Recovery flow

  1. In Tenbagger, click [Export Key] → copy your private key
  2. Import your wallet into MetaMask
  3. From Binance, send a small amount of ETH ($5 worth, network: Arbitrum One) to your wallet address
  4. Go to app.uniswap.org → connect MetaMask → swap USDT → USDC
  5. Return to Tenbagger and click [Deposit]

🔴 Never share your private key with anyone.

I sent on the wrong network

The funds arrived at the same address (0x...) but on a different network.

Recovery steps

  1. In Tenbagger, click [Export Key] → import the private key into MetaMask
  2. In MetaMask, switch to the network you sent to
  3. Acquire a small ETH balance for gas, then either swap to USDC on Uniswap or withdraw back to Binance
  4. From Binance, withdraw normally with Network: Arbitrum One, Coin: USDC

The [Deposit] button isn't appearing

Check the following in order.

  1. Confirm the Binance withdrawal status is 'Completed'
  2. Confirm the coin is USDC and the network is Arbitrum One
  3. Wait up to 10 minutes

If it's still not resolved after 10 minutes, please contact us on Discord.

I deposited but still can't trade — why?

USDC arrives at your Arbitrum wallet first. To trade, you need to click [Deposit] to move it into the Trading Account. This move is free.

What are the fees?

  • Binance withdrawal: about $0.80
  • Arbitrum Wallet → Trading Account ([Deposit] button): free
  • Trading Account → Arbitrum Wallet ([Transfer] button): $1
  • Arbitrum Wallet → external address ([Withdraw] button): free
