How do I withdraw?

Withdrawal takes 2 steps.

1. Click [Transfer] → Trading Account → Arbitrum Wallet ($1 fee, ~5 minutes)
2. Click [Withdraw] → Arbitrum Wallet → Binance deposit address (no fee, 1–5 minutes)

The [Transfer] button is disabled

Check the following in order.

• Check for open positions → close them and retry
• Check whether USDC is locked in unfilled orders → cancel the orders and retry

How long until my withdrawal arrives at Binance?

After sending with the [Withdraw] button, it usually arrives at Binance within 1–5 minutes.

If it hasn't arrived after 10 minutes, check the following.

• Confirm the Binance deposit address is correct (first 4 and last 4 characters)
• Check whether the deposit shows as processing in your Binance deposit history
• If it's still not resolved, please contact us
