Security Guide

Email account security matters most

Your email account is the key to your wallet.

Is my wallet safe?

Your wallet is protected by Privy's enterprise-grade encryption infrastructure. The private key is split and stored across multiple secure environments — no single party (including us) has access to the full key.

What is a private key?

A private key is the master key that lets you control your wallet directly. Anyone with the private key can access the assets in that wallet.

Should I export my private key?

Not required for normal use. But it's a good idea to back it up somewhere safe in case you ever want to access the wallet outside this platform.

How to export your private key

  1. Portfolio screen → click [Export Key]
  2. Copy the displayed private key
  3. MetaMask → [Import Wallet]
  4. Paste the private key → done

Storage rules

🔴 Never do this

  • Send the private key over chat / SMS / email
  • Take a screenshot and save it to your gallery
  • Upload it to cloud storage
  • Read the private key on a public computer

Safe storage

  • Write it down on paper and keep it somewhere safe
  • Save it in an encrypted password manager

Phishing warning

🔴 The official Tenbagger team will never ask you for your private key, email verification code, or password under any circumstances.

Withdrawal precautions

  1. Always use copy + paste for the withdrawal address
  2. Verify the first 4 and last 4 characters by eye
  3. For first-time addresses, send a small test amount first, then the full amount
