Withdrawal Guide
Before withdrawing — funds live in two places
Withdrawal is the reverse of depositing. USDC sitting in the Trading Account first has to be moved to the Arbitrum Wallet, then sent to an external address (e.g., Binance).
Trading Account
↓ click [Transfer] ($1 fee, ~5 min)
Arbitrum Wallet
↓ click [Withdraw] (no fee)
Binance deposit address
STEP 1 — Trading Account → Arbitrum Wallet [Transfer]
⚠️ [Transfer] is restricted while you have open positions. Close them first.
- On the Portfolio screen, click [Transfer]
- Enter the USDC amount to withdraw → click [Transfer]
- USDC arrives in the Arbitrum wallet in about 5 minutes
- Fee: $1 (includes ETH gas)
- Time: about 5 minutes
STEP 2 — Arbitrum Wallet → external address [Withdraw]
- On the Portfolio screen, click [Withdraw]
- Enter the recipient address (e.g., your Binance USDC deposit address)
- Enter the USDC amount to withdraw → click [Withdraw]
- Fee: none
- Time: usually 1–5 minutes
🔴 Always copy + paste the withdrawal address. Verify the first 4 and last 4 characters by eye.
Troubleshooting
- Check for open positions → close them and retry
- Check whether USDC is locked in unfilled orders → cancel orders and retry
